1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, may serve the same purposes. They help the shop remember a session, keep the basket working and provide selected features.
2. Cookies used by LALILL.eu
- Strictly necessary: shop session, basket, checkout, security, language and basic privacy choices. The shop cannot work correctly without them.
- Payment: Stripe may use cookies or similar technology when the payment form is displayed to process the transaction, prevent fraud and meet security requirements.
- Customer support: Smartsupp live chat may store identifiers needed to maintain a conversation and provide support.
- Preference, analytics or marketing: these may be used only where shown in the cookie settings and, when required, after your consent. We do not currently describe Google Analytics or Meta Pixel as active services on this page.
3. Legal basis

First-party cookies are set by LALILL.eu. Third-party technology may be provided by Stripe and Smartsupp. Cookie duration varies: session cookies expire when the session ends, while persistent cookies remain for the period shown by the provider or until deleted. Provider policies contain current details.
