14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you or a person designated by you receives the goods. For goods delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item, batch or part.
How to withdraw
Before the deadline, send an unambiguous statement to contact@lalill.eu or through our contact form. You may use the model below, but it is not compulsory. Include the order number so we can identify the purchase quickly. We will confirm receipt of an electronic statement by email.

Returning the goods
Send the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us to:

You bear the direct return cost. Pack the goods securely and keep proof of dispatch. You may examine goods as you would in a shop; you are responsible only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refund
We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, within 14 days of your withdrawal statement, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first. Extra cost of a delivery method chosen above our standard option is not refundable.
Exceptions
The statutory right does not apply in cases specified by law, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, and goods made to the consumer’s specifications. Opening ordinary transport packaging alone does not automatically remove the right.
